Billing Terms

Paid organiser self-serve checkout is not available in this release. Paid access is handled by invitation or direct support contact only.

Public pricing pages may describe the intended package structure for organisers, but self-serve checkout is not offered in this release.

Where organiser billing is made available, ScoreSocial may use Stripe for checkout, subscription management, billing portal access, invoices, payment method handling, tax-related metadata, and subscription webhooks. Stripe may process billing and payment information under its own terms and privacy notices.

ScoreSocial stores subscription metadata such as Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, plan, status, renewal or cancellation state, and webhook event metadata. ScoreSocial does not store full card numbers.

If a paid organiser subscription is made available, cancellation and payment management will be handled through the Stripe billing portal or support. Cancellation may take effect at the end of the relevant billing period, and failed payment may reduce, suspend, or remove paid features.

Fees are refundable where required by law or where ScoreSocial chooses to issue a goodwill credit or refund. Price, tax, renewal, failed-payment, chargeback, and refund details will be shown before checkout or through billing support when paid access is offered.
