This policy explains how ScoreSocial handles personal data for the web app, PWA, API, and mobile companion flows. It also links to detailed storage, export, deletion, and provider information.

1. Who we are

ScoreSocial is operated by Dean Reid, UK-based ScoreSocial service operator. ScoreSocial provides football prediction leagues, social leaderboards, pools, events, organiser tools, and related support services.

ScoreSocial uses essential cookies and similar technologies for login, security, CSRF protection, organisation routing, offline queues, unsent prediction choices, and preferences. The detailed inventory is in the Cookie and Local Storage Policy.

Sentry error and performance diagnostics may run when a DSN is configured. Sentry Session Replay is disabled by default and is not added unless a separate diagnostics consent or support capture flow is introduced.

5. Service providers and data recipients

ScoreSocial uses providers for hosting, database, authentication support, billing, email, diagnostics, push notifications, issue tracking, and sports data. The provider inventory is available on the Service Providers and Data Recipients page.

Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where international transfers apply, ScoreSocial relies on provider transfer mechanisms and account terms appropriate to the service being used.

To make a privacy rights request, email admin@scoresocial.app. We may verify your identity and account before responding. Responses are handled within one month unless the law permits an extension for complex or multiple requests.

8. Age and automated decisions

ScoreSocial is intended for users aged 18 or over. By registering or requesting access, users confirm that they meet this age requirement. Organisers must not invite or approve users who do not meet it.
